These terms govern your use of this website and the sourcing and concierge services provided by Digital Hospitality. By engaging us, you agree to them.
These terms form the agreement between you and Digital Hospitality. Where we agree a specific engagement with you, the terms of that engagement letter take precedence over these general terms to the extent of any conflict.
We provide private sourcing, procurement, authentication, logistics and concierge services. We act in good faith to locate and secure the items you request, but the availability of any particular item cannot be guaranteed and depends on the market and third parties.
Making an enquiry is free and places you under no obligation. Where you choose to proceed, fees are agreed in writing in advance — either as a transparent fee on the acquisition or an annual retainer. No charge applies until you approve a specific engagement.
— All prices and fees are confirmed in writing before you commit.
— Payment is handled through secure, protected channels.
— Funds for an acquisition are not committed until you give approval.
Every acquisition is independently authenticated with supporting provenance before it reaches you. If an item is subsequently shown not to be as represented at the point of sale, we will work in good faith to resolve the matter, including return or replacement where appropriate.
We accept liability for our own negligence and wilful default. We are not liable for the acts of independent third parties beyond our reasonable control, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. For any question about these terms, write to info@digital-hospitality.co.uk.
